These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your use of the Sun City Night Lights, LLC (“SCNL,” “we,” “us”) customer account, quotes, invoices, payment plans, and related services. By creating an account or using our services, you agree to these Terms.
We provide holiday and landscape lighting design, installation, maintenance, and removal. Quotes are estimates based on the information provided and may be adjusted after an on-site assessment. A signed agreement and any required deposit confirm your order.
Orders may require an up-front deposit, with the remaining balance paid in scheduled installments (for example, monthly over the agreed term). You authorize us to bill the agreed amounts on their due dates. Payments are processed securely by Stripe; we do not store your full card details. You may also pay invoices early or make additional payments at any time. Late or missed payments may incur fees and may pause service.
If you refer a new customer who completes a purchase, you may receive a referral reward equal to a percentage of that customer’s after-discount total, applied as a credit toward your remaining balance (newest payments first). If you have no balance due, the reward may be issued as cash. Rewards are earned only after the referred customer’s order is completed and are subject to change or cancellation for fraud or abuse.
By creating an account and checking the consent box, you expressly authorize SCNL and its agents to contact you at the phone number(s) and email address you provide — including by live and automated telephone calls, prerecorded messages, and SMS/MMS text messages — regarding quotes, scheduling, invoices, payments, service updates, and account matters.
You agree that this consent applies even if your number is listed on a state or the National Do Not Call Registry, and you represent that you are the subscriber or customary user of the number(s) provided. Consent to marketing messages is not a condition of purchase. Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply.
Opt out: reply STOP to any text to stop messages, or HELP for help. You may withdraw consent at any time by contacting us; transactional messages necessary to service your account may continue as permitted by law.
We use your information to provide and improve our services and to communicate with you as described above. We do not sell your personal information. Payment processing is handled by Stripe under its terms and privacy policy.
